Ms. Soos obtained her law degree from Queen's
University, and also holds a Bachelor of Science
from Queen's University, and a Master of Business
Administration from the Schulich School of
Business.
Ms. Soos is a member of the Toronto Lawyers
Association and recently co-authored "Shareholder
Class Actions: The Latest Trends & Developments"
for The Canadian Institutes 3rd Annual Advanced
Forum on Securities Litigation.
