Mr. Bellmore has represented clients as counsel before the Ontario
Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario
Court of Appeal, the Federal Court of Canada, the Supreme Court of
Canada and senior administrative tribunals including the Ontario
Securities Commission (OSC), the Institute of Chartered Accountants
(ICAO), the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC), and the
Investment Dealers Association of Canada (IDA).
Mr. Bellmore has lectured at Harvard Law School, Osgoode Hall Law
School, Canadian Bar Association conferences and Canadian Institute
forums on contract law, sports law, securities law, class actions, and
directors and officers’ liability.
